Seija Kijin design concept

Seija's main outfit is a red strapless dress with black thighhighs and kneehigh boots that are the same color as the sandals she wears in canon
She wears a white thin trenchcoat-ish dress over  her red dress as seen in picture in right, with a blue bow draping down.
Also has braided tail similar to Eirin's but much thinner

Age: canonly unknown so I'm going to say she's 1567 years old
